7. Other functions, duties and rights of the committee:

In addition to the functions, duties and rights written in section 9 of the Act, the other functions, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-

(a) Assets owned by the trust are short-term or determining the fee for long-term use,
(b) Determine and collect fees for entry to tourist and natural places owned by the trust,
(c) Taking into account the special importance, recognition or sensitivity of the property within the area of ​​the trust's house and land, prohibiting and controlling or ordering the works that should not be done in such house, land or place,
(d) The committee shall take the assistance of various governmental or non-governmental agencies, public institutions of the Government of Nepal as required in carrying out its duties, duties and rights. (e) Taking the assistance of diplomatic missions with the prior approval of the Government of Nepal (f) To do or cause other work necessary to fulfill the purpose of the trust.
